CAN I REQUEST A PHYSICAL CATALOG?

Physical catalogs are available. Please fill out our contact form requesting a copy with your mailing address and it will be fulfilled.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

MICRA accepts any major credit card or debit card, except American Express. We also accept checks, addressed to Micra Instruments, Inc. Payment in the form of cash is not accepted, unless otherwise authorized.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / WARRANTY POLICY?

MICRA provides a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, materials and workmanship.
There is also a 14 day return policy on new, unopened items. All returns must be authorized prior to shipment.
